  Visited this location multiple times. Service is A+. Food is good. Melissa and Lindsay are awesome and very friendly. Great Place with good vibes!

  This is a better Jack Astor's than what people give it credit for. The patio during the summer has a great setup and bar area to watch sports events is pretty good. The staff like any place can be hit or miss, but found the service to be pretty good.

  We have visited this location several times and chose it again the other day. The service was quick and friendly, and the menu choice and food quality was excellent. Always a reliable place to visit.

  IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD....YOU GUYS REALLY DROPPED THE BALL!! We visited Pickering Jack Astor's at 2pm on Friday Feb 16 for a lunch meal after a hockey game with 6 adults and 4 kids so we asked for a table for 10. Now we counted 8 booths empty and 2 bigger tables empty. So after we wait 30mins and now a few more people came in as well as a few others we knew we wondered when we would be able to eat ?? We ask the front service if we could get one of the big tables ?? Maybe a few booths? Whatever would work for them. Then the manager comes and tells us we can't eat there for at least another hour?? So we waited a half hour already and now we have at least another hour wait ?? Apparently the bigger tables are reserved ..ok, So we ask can we get a few of the empty booths?? The answer was" no because they will back up the kitchen and make them mad?", so we ask "are you not capable to serve groups of 4 in booths? Needless to say the Manager must be incompetent or staff not trained properly because this is the first time in my life I have ever visited a restaurant and not been served food. A final note to add was it was wonderful to watch the 3 people (who just walked in off the street) get seated in one of the many empty booths when we were told none of the booths were available after leaving . Jack Astor's should be ashamed to put there name on this place.

  One of the nicer Jack Astor’s ive been to. Super friendly staff. Natalie our server was fast and courteous. Food was fantastic. The potato and leak soup was great. Wings were hot and fresh.nacho platter was massive. Kids chicken fingers and fish pops were a hit. Hope to be back soon.
