  The dining room table was missing a piece. I called in, they said it will take a 2-3 weeks to bring in the missing piece. No worries, I said go ahead and send it out. A couple of weeks go by, the installers show up and to my surprise and theirs, it was the wrong piece.

  I still need to buy more furniture but I will never go back to Ashley's or recommend anyone to deal with this company. Absolutely horrible. I didn't expect this from a company of Ashley's stature.

  I called again, and they apologized and said the new piece will be another 2-3 weeks. A little frustrated with little to no recourse, I agreed and decided to wait for the right piece this time. Another 2 weeks or so go by and they send out their installers again and this time, they're missing the hardware to install the part. Another 2 weeks or so for the hardware to come in. Finally, they send out the hardware and the missing piece and when the installers came to put it on, they realized that it was the wrong piece. Again.

  This is the 3rd time that they send their installers with the wrong parts. They agreed to just replace the table with a new one. I laughed out of frustration and agreed. Whatever. I just want this dealt with. On the day that they're supposed to drop off the new table, they called me and said that they can't get it out to me that day due to their truck being out of service. For real? Another week waiting for them to drop it off. At this point, I'm so turned off with this company and don't want anything to do with them.

  I bought a table with a 5 year "full" warranty. I was told the warranty covers EVERYTHING. I questioned this as it seemed too good to be true and the sales persons Angela said, "You could put a hot pot on your table and the damages would be covered." Turns out she was falsely advertising their warranty. I called today and cosmetic damages are not covered! Bottom line is don't trust the sales reps and don't buy the warranties.

  Absolutely love Ashley Furniture. Jay and Jacob are always helpful and very friendly. Furniture is good quality too. Most of my furniture in my home is from Ashley ❤

  It was worth driving 30 minutes to the Ashley Furniture Sore in Pickering. The sales associate, Stacie, and the branch manager, Victoria, were so welcoming and helpful. They spent enough time to make sure about our purchase. The store is so huge with a lot of items on the floor. It was such a good experience! We highly recommend the store.
