  Excellent experience - recently purchased a freezer via Kayla and Vanessa. This was for my parents, I called in on their behalf to make all the arrangements, and this truly could not have gone better. Kayla provided Vanessa with all my information as promised, Vanessa setup the purchase in advance, applied the appropriate discounts, all my father did was show up and pay...couldn't have gone better! Thank you!

  The staff at the Pickering location is always very helpful and knowledgeable, although their inventory is lower than other locations..and as such we sometimes end up buying from other locations like Ajax one.

  I figure since I'm quick enough to complain I should give a shout out when service is awesome. We bought a bunch of patio stones last weekend and some other stuff. The staff loaded it for us but we forgot a bag. The fantastic electronics receipt (which Home Depot has been doing for years actually) enabled us to call. They remembered we had left the stuff and we came in and replaced it quickly and easily. And then one of the cashiers saw me walking around with my empty coffee and she took it and threw it out for me. Pretty much my best Home Depot experience. This review is specifically for the Home Depot on Kingston road in Pickering.
