Her excuse was "its because I gave her the full 20, and I didn't say I wanted only 15". I travel to school for free, and i'm using this for a one time event why would i need a full 20 on my presto card?. I just hope they get better staff that pay attention to the customers. It better to fill up your presto at the Pickering mall, never come here to do it.

I ask the lady to load up my presto card with 15 dollars. She load it up with the full 20.

Cant say best but its better then rest. This place got ample parking with 5 floors. There is an bridge connecting platform and parking building. Washrooms are a bit messy besides that I find everything okay. Walking from platform to bus terminal is not that far. In fact its right in front as you step out.

They keep adding improvements, such as elevators to the pedestrian bridge, but there is lack of signage after you enter tunnels to access the tracks which could be difficult for casual train riders. There is a coffee place open in the station during weekdays and tvs with CP24.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this go station, I just wish the tickets weren't so expensive and that the trains would arrive on time a little more.

Extremely busy at rush hour. A logistical mess. Has been improving over the years. Ample parking. Close to the highway and shopping centre with direct access to the centre and a college campus/office building. Be advised the GO building sells tickets and provides information on GO services; the GO bus and train. Only the Durham Regional Transit employees are aware of any information about DRT buses and schedules.
