  The one manager in specific was very rude. She did not assist us and scanned the wrong Barcode and refused to assist us when we went back in the store to correct the bill. Will never return for kids back to school shopping or for myself.

  There's no choice to give less than one star, so I'll have to go with one. Went in to return something my son had bought because the item was too big for him. As soon as I said return and refund the cashier's attitude went from indifferent to downright rude. The snotty brat became so condescending and ill-mannered all of a sudden that it made me really uncomfortable and upset. My young son (first purchase ever) didn't realize that the bill said "no refunds" (what reputable store doesn't offer refunds on returns?!! That should be a huge red flag on the subpar products they sell!). I knew I would be reporting this incident to the manager so I asked the brat to give me his name. "I do not give my name to anyone, 'luv'", answered the brat. He said he was the assistant manager. I asked him to split the gift card in two amounts (as they accept no refunds, they give you a gift card instead) so I could give it away, since I knew I'd never shop at Urban Planet EVER again-- to which he, again, rudely replied, "I already gave you a card, can't do another transaction, 'luv'". Well, I am calling head office, 'Luv', and putting in a complain about the really terrible customer service I experienced at the Pickering Town Centre store.
