  Worst grooming service. $70 later and my dog doesn't even look like he was touched. Not to mention attitude from one of the groomers. Too bad I can't rate less than one star.

  They keep their rats in bedding full of baking soda that is DEADLY to them. Over heard them informing a mother that it is safe to keep a snake and a lizard together and was told that the beta fish floating upside down was having a nap.

  I don't have any pets (yet), my son just wanted to see animals. He loved the fish in the aquariums and the cats in the adoption centre. The only negative I have, on my first visit, the staff left 2 ladders right in the viewing area for the animals. It was not only inconvenient for a customer but potentially hazardous for children.

  Most staff were nice. I was interested in possibly adopting a rabbit snowball whom just arrived. My children and I were interacting with the rabbit, I wanted to see how my children were with it. Several staff members walked by and talked to us about the rabbit and smilied at how excited my children were. I grabbed an application and then we were heading out to leave the store. All of a sudden the cashier whom was serving a customer at the time.. Stops to yell out to me " we are not responsible for any bitten fingers" I was so embarrassed because her line of customers all turned to stare at who she was yelling at. Im not sure I understand why she felt the need to yell at me especially since I was on my way out of the store?? Also no one was being reckless around the rabbit by putting fingers in the cage and so on..Maybe she just needs some work on her customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location.

  DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION OR TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Absolute WORST location I have ever been too. I wont bash these people individually but I have called head office for their POOR attitudes and lack of EDUCATION. So sad that I had to leave this review.

  Store itself and product avalibility is good but staff severely lack education on Animal Care and should not advise people on looking after an animal if they do not know themselves.
